Do you build AI agents specifically for Zoho CRM?
Yes — we build agents that live inside Zoho using Zoho's own widget and function model. They can qualify leads, auto-draft follow-up emails, update deal stages, and escalate records based on conditions, without anyone manually triggering them.
Can you build custom Odoo modules with AI built in?
Yes. We write Odoo modules the proper way — inside Odoo's native framework — so they survive upgrades. AI layers (summarisation, classification, auto-fill) sit inside the module, not as a separate bolt-on.
What does Vtiger customization involve?
Vtiger has a flexible extension model we know well. We build custom modules, workflow automations, and AI-powered features — lead scoring, deal risk detection, automated activity logging — that work within Vtiger's existing interface.
Can you integrate AI agents with Salesforce?
Yes — using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce's API layer. We build AI agents that run inside or alongside Salesforce, handling repetitive CRM tasks and surfacing insights directly in your Salesforce views.
What is an NLP model and do I need a custom one?
An NLP model lets software understand language — your customer emails, support tickets, call transcripts. A generic model handles general language fine; a custom one is trained on your terminology, products and context, so it's far more accurate for your specific use case. We build both.
Do you build mobile apps that connect to CRMs?
Yes — iOS and Android apps built with Flutter that connect directly to Zoho, Odoo, Vtiger or Salesforce APIs. Field sales apps, customer portals, mobile admin panels — whatever your team needs on the go.
Where are you based and do you work internationally?
